COVID-19 MEASURES


For your health and safety, we have taken the following measures this summer:

  • ● Guest transportation: All vehicles used for guest transportation are disinfected before and after each use.
  • ● All drivers will wear a mask, including airport pickups. All transfer cars offer masks, hand sanitisers & disposable alcohol wet wipes to patrons.
  • ● Temperatures will be checked upon arrival. Any guests with a temperature over 98.6’F / 37’C will be politely guided to seek medical advice.
  • ● Guests shall have a mask and wear them in the shared areas whenever it is possible – If a guest does not have a mask, we can provide one upon their arrival.
  • ● Upon arrival, sanitization of the luggage exterior can be applied upon request.
  • ● Our staff will wear masks and maintain the recommended social distance where possible.
  • ● Staff will sanitize hands and contact points regularly.

  • ● Guooms of Villa Maçakızı will not be allocated back to back – All rooms will be thoroughly sanitised and will remain empty for a minimum of 12 hours between guests.
  • ● A Covid-19 Kit will be provided upon request – including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.
  • ● Hand sanitizers will be provided in all shared places throughout Villa Maçakızı.
  • ● Menus, Covid-19 procedures and general information will be available in digital format through a QR code in the room and in public areas to minimize contact.
  • ● All public contact points such as door handles lighting switches and all other high use areas will be sanitized regularly.
  • ● In the restaurant and on the beach deck, social distance is applied between sun beds, tables and chairs.
  • ● The restaurant will continue to have tailor-made service for the guests.
  • ● We will continue to offer in-room dining. However, the waiter will not enter your room. Your order will be handed over to you at the door or on a table outside your room.

  • ● Dining area will be prepared based on your preferences, in accordance with Covid-19 social distancing measures.
  • ● The reduced capacities for our designated food & beverage areas are as follows: Beach: 30, Restaurant:50, Pool Area: 10, Breakfast Area: 23
  • ● There will be no SPA&Wellness service this season.
  • ● All access to the GYM will be pre-booked. AUV light will be placed in all worlkout areas between 8pm-7am and from 2pm-4pm to disinfect the area in addition to regular cleaning procedures.
  • ● Macakizi boat can accommodate a maximum of four people to maintain a safe social distance.
    A Covid-19 Kit will be provided, including a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer.
